At MyDesignation, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to pick up the package at no additional cost for the first attempt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.
